Bright Horizons Named A Top 50 Company for Diversity® By DiversityInc

Bright Horizons has been named for the first time to the 2008 list of Top 50 Companies for Diversity® and the Top 10 Companies for African Americans by DiversityInc. The annual Top 50 Companies for Diversity list recognizes organizations with a strong commitment to inclusion. Companies named to the list demonstrate consistent strength in four areas of inclusion: CEO Commitment, Human Capital, Corporate and Organizational Communications, and Supplier Diversity.

“We are proud to be named to A Top 50 Company for Diversity for the first time,” says Dan Henry, Chief Human Resources Officer. “By focusing on a building a culture that reflects the diverse nature of the families and children we serve, we set a tone for our programs that serves all families, clients, and employees in a way that best meets their needs and positions us to better recruit and retain the mosttalented professionals in our field.”
